WHAT IS DOOP? As defined in subsection 7-G of the Universal Blogging Charter: A sophisticated organization dedicated to posting whatever comes to mind, governed by a committee that meets bi-annually.

Who am I

I'm Tyler, but I go by a few names online. Most people know me as senescu. Professionally, I'm a platform engineer, which basically means I build tools and applications for other software engineers. Most of my day to day work is in Java.

Outside of work, I'm usually playing video games, watching anime, or reading books and manga. I'm also a big foodie and love exploring my city looking for good restaurants with my fiancée.

About This Blog

I like to talk about things. Sometimes to the ether, sometimes to other people. Realistically, there probably won't be a huge audience for this blog, so it mostly serves as a virtual journal of sorts.

You'll likely see a lot of posts about Japan, mostly in the form of anime reviews since that's become a bit of a hobby of mine. I'll probably also talk about video games, space, programming, and whatever else is on my mind. There's no single topic here, just whatever I feel like writing about.
